DENAFRIPS small form factor flagship R-2R DAC the Venus has evoloved to the 3rd generation named Venus II 12TH to commemorate DENAFRIPS’s 12 years of digital audio excellence. Visually changes are subtle over the 2nd gen Venus II. Hardware wise the two O-Core transformers have beefed up to 80VA each over the 2nd gen Venus II 60VA. DC current from the bottom MU metal shielded power compartment are fed to the upper digital/analog circuit boards via pure silver cables. Enhancements are made for the FPGA processing. The Venus II 12TH is a small DAC with a big sound. Like its name implies, it's beautiful sonically and visually.
